Reverse Osmosis System: – (R.O Plant)

Application: To Reduce the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from Raw Water Source.

Reverse Osmosis System include Pressure Tube, R.O.Membranes, High Pressure Pump, Micron Cartridge Filter, Anti Scalent Dosing Pump, Flow Indicator, Pressure Gauges and Switches, Electrical Panel, U.V.System with S.S. Flexible and rigid Piping and Valves. Mounted on S.S. Structural Skid.

4” Long X 40” Long R.O. Membranes has 0.0001 Micron Porosity which will enable to reduce the TDS about 99 % from its input values. Also remove the Bacteria and Virus, Arsenic, Iron, Silica, Pesticides, Fluoride and all Major available content from Water

R.O.Membranes: – DOW or GE Osmonics. Pressure Tube : – Pent Air / Advance. High Pressure Pump :- Grundfos. Dosing Pump : – Enjecta / Toshcon / E Dose.

Mineral Adding System

Application: For Taste enhancement

R.O.Product water has very less TDS value which is not good in Taste. The Water gets bitter and to enhance the taste VALOUR AND WISDOM LLP .providing the Mineral Adding system or Blending system.

The Stirrer will mix the physical mineral in to the Mixing tank and Dosing pump will dose the Mineral to R.O.Product water before Ozonation with TDS Controller.

TDS adjustment can be done with Blending system by adding Filtered water after ACF through the proper treatment.
Such Blending system is very easy in Operation and it will naturally balanced the TDS in to the R.O.Product water.

Absolute Micron Cartridge Filter: – MCF

Application: Fine Filtration 1 & 0.2 Micron

After the Mineral Adding water will ass through the 1 & 0.2 Micron Absolute Micron cartridge filter which will take care for fine micron impurities.

The Sanitary type housing and Filter will assure the High Quality Treated Water before Ozonation.

It will also take care for some part of bacteria and virus.

Complete in S.S. – 316 material with PP Pleated cartridge.

Post Treatment: – U.V.System & Ozonation

Application: Bacteria, Virus & Self Life

System Supplied with Ultra Violet System followed by Ozonation System.

S.S. 316 Micro Polished U.V.System will remove the Micro Biological Growth after R.O.System.

U.V.Treated water will pass through the Ozonation system which Include S.S. – 316 Re-Circulation Tank with Pump

Ozonator will produce the Ozone gas from Free Atmosphere, Dry air or PSA Oxygen generator. Ozone gas will inject with Ventury System mounted on Tank with Re-Circulation Tank and Pump. Continuous Re-circulation will provide the ozone concentration to the Product water before Bottling.

A typical 4 – 6 ppm Ozone saturation will takes place before bottling the water which will assure for Long Self life of Product.

2000 LPH Mineral Water Plant

Mineral water can be safely defined as potable water, containing the necessary Mineral nutrients required by the body and beneficial to human metabolism. Potable spring waters containing, sulphur, Iron, Magnesium and other mineral salts occurring in certain regions are claimed to be beneficial to human metabolism. The therapeutic value of such waters is questionable carbonated mineral water also contain lithium salts.

Natural fresh water supplies are derived indirectly from the oceans. The water flows over the surface or percolates in to the ground excess water flows back to the oceans completing the hydrological cycle.

Industrial RO Plant

Water Produced using Reverse Osmosis Technology is of very Low TDS & free from Particulate, Organic and Colloidal matter.

Water Softener

The AGUA Series Water Softening Plants are designed to produce treated water to suit for various application. Treated water is of consistent quality with low residual hardness throughout the service cycle.

The high synthetic resin is used to exchange Sodium ion with hardness forming Calcium and Magnesium ions. After producing desired output, the resin is regenerated with [NaCl] Sodium Chloride solution after which unit is again ready to deliver next batch. AGUA Series units are available with different models. The difference between these models is in the capacity of the resin used for each model. These units are easy to operate and maintenance free. These models are available to produce various capacity upto 200 Cu. Mtrs per hour maximum.

SPECIFICATIONS
One mild steel pressure vessel painted internally with black bitumen anti corrosive paint and externally with red oxide primer with proper distribution and collection system for service and regeneration cycle. One set of frontal pipework with valves and ejector to carry out normal operation and regeneration cycle. One Complete Charge of cation exchange resin. One Salt tank of HDPE with fitting and brine filter media. One test kit of monitor raw and treated water hardness. One test kit of monitor raw and treated water hardness.

DM Plants

VALOUR AND WISDOM LLP offers De-Mineralization Plants, are available in Two Types, Mainly Two Bed DM Plants and Mixed Bed DM Plants. However, DM Plants are also available with Weak Base & Strong Base Cation & Anion Exchanger. DM Plants are also available with Degasification System to remove alkalinity physically without using chemicals (Saves NaOH)

The Systems have Following Configuration based on the water report or parameters :

Mixed Bed DM Plants (MB) units are offered as a Polisher Unit to get conductivity less than 0.5 micro Siemens/cm or 0.05 micro Siemens/cm conductivity with 2 MB units in Series Valour and Wisdom LLP Offers Standard DM Plants with FRP / Mild Steel Rubber Lining & SS 316 L (Quartz Lined) construction.

VALOUR AND WISDOM LLP series DM Plants (Two Bed & Mixed Bed units) are available in various sizes having cation and anion exchanger unit with 200 mm to 2000 mm diameter with either Valves or Multi Port Valve depending upon the sizes and customer requirement.

In Two Bed DM Plant, Strong Acid Cation Exchanger and Strong Base Anion Exchanger resin are used for reducing Total Dissolved Solids up to 2 – 5 ppm. To check the treated water quality at the outlet, conductivity meter is provided. Degasification unit is also provided to decrease the load on Anion Unit.

Mixed Bed Units are used in series with Two Bed DM Plant as a polisher unit which can produce treated water having conductivity < 1 mS/cm.

Cation Polisher Unit is also available to achieve Acidic Water Quality for Specific applications.

DM Plant produces Treated water having Conductivity less than 10 mS/cm (for Two Bed) and less than 1 mS/cm with pH as desired.

Industrial Water Filters

Multimedia Filter–

Valour and Wisdom LLP offers wide series of multimedia filters for removal of suspended solids and heavy metals. Filters are available FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer), Mild Steel and Stainless Steel.

Pressure Sand Filter– Pressure Sand Filter is an ideal solution for the systems with high sediment, silt, sand, and turbidity. Our unique design ensures the maximum utilization of the surface area, lesser pressure drop across the pressure bed and effective elimination of the impurities. The strength, stability and micro-porous character of filtration media make sand filter suitable for virtually every application in the water treatment industry.
Activated Carbon Filter– Activated carbon is the most common method of treatment for de-chlorination and removal of taste and odour from water, through adsorption. Adsorption is directly related to the surface area of the media.

Iron removal Filter– Iron removal filter is processed catalytic filtration unit where the raw water passes through the layer of compressed air, processed catalyst & quartz filter media respectively. The dissolved ferrous iron salts are converted into insoluble ferric salt and precipitated over the filter bed and then the iron free filtered water comes out.

Bromide Removal Filter– VALOUR AND WISDOM LLP offers Bromide removal Filters for various capacity ranging from 10 M³/hr upto 250 M³/hr.  Water containing Bromide when ozonated, produces Bromate which is carcinogenic.  The level of bromate is allowed upto 20 ppb in Drinking Water.  However, Valour and Wisdom LLP offers systems to reduce Bromide from water to avoid Bromate transformation post Ozonation.  The removal is possible up to 5 ppb level.

Manganese removal Filter– Manganese produces a brownish colour in laundered clothing, leaves black particles on fixtures and as with iron, affects the taste of beverages, including coffee and tea. Valour and Wisdom LLP .specializes in manganese removal systems to help water treatment plants deal with these problems.
