The main objective of our Aptitude program is employ-ability enhancement by bridging the gap between Academia and the Industry by taking inputs from the industry experts and train students on various skills that will help them get adequately skilled, and more readily employable. Though available in abundance, jobs do not come easy. One needs to have the right mix of academic, technical and behavioral skills to be reckoned as a deserving candidate. A survey says that there are 9 missing skills which a company looks for in a student. Apart from basic skills like business communication and Aptitude grooming, it is very important for students to have the right attitude, practical domain knowledge, basic corporate awareness, some work experience, analytical ability, Team playing skills, Team work, Assertiveness and basic leadership skills. Valour and Wisdom Campus Recruitment Training Program focuses on developing the student’s overall soft skills, personality including Aptitude, Time management skills, Decision making skills and other professional skills, making them more eligible for jobs.

Career Counseling:
Every day different careers and professional opportunities are emerging. Valour and Wisdom will help students to decide the viable options for them. This process of career planning is vital for their success. Career counseling is designed to offer students the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a professional career counselor to explore issues affecting their career development. Career counseling is most effective and beneficial if they have specific career-related questions and concerns such as having difficulty making a career decision, feeling over whelmed and confused with their options, or struggling to maintain focus or success in their chosen career. 
Employability Skills Training Objective:
The main objective of this module is to provide a unique opportunity for all students to develop their personality and upgrade their Employability skills. The training benefits the students, both in their early professional careers and in their social interactions in the business environment.
This module comprise of Aptitude Training, Communications Skills Training, Interview Skills Training, Group Discussion Training and other required soft skills Training like Time Management, Decision Making Skills.

Aptitude Training:

Generally most organizations use Aptitude Tests as a process of elimination when the number of applicants is sizeable. These Aptitude Tests also give the selectors a good idea of the candidates reasoning ability, critical thinking ability and language skills etc.

Group Discussions:
Group Discussion exercises are designed to test the candidates ability to act as a leader and a team player. The other qualities exhibited in such exercises are clarity of thought process, the ability to think differently and the ability to lend direction, ability to generate points or thoughts, creativity, imaginative power, persuasiveness, communication skills

Personal Interviews:

The last leg of the selection process is usually a Personal Interview which gives the selectors an opportunity to know the candidate better and to assess the suitability of the candidate’s skills to the requirements of the organization.
